Vineyard philosophy

Cultivation of the vineyard

Making great wines involves an immense amount of work, from the conception of the vineyard through to the manner of cultivation from day to day.

This is why all our practices (strict pruning, de-leafing, green harvest, etc) are aimed both at limiting yields to increase the concentration of the grapes, and at optimising the quality of production by encouraging early ripening of grapes in perfect condition.

Even before our conversion to organic viticulture in 2016, we were firmly committed to the “lutte raisonnée”, a system of combatting disease and pests using sustainable methods.
